Welcome back from summer vacation everyone! 2010-2011 promises to be a wonderful year for the Pre-Veterinary Medical Association. We now have record numbers of pre-veterinary students registered at FAU who have joined our organization. Not only that, but we now have a new class offering to help support our students' endeavors to gain more experience and knowledge in the veterinary field. Animal Science opened up in August 2010 and filled all 40 slots within one week of being posted! For those who could not get into the course, we will be offering it again regularly. Registration information will be posted as it becomes available.
That's not all we have to be excited about though. We are happy to announce that several of our alumni will be starting their veterinary school careers this month too!
Our little wall of fame includes third year University of Florida student Alissa Demming,
second year University of Florida student Bianca Murphy,
first year Michigan State student Rena Singer,
and first year Mississippi State student Amanda Stiles.
